Grading Guide
New (Unopened): This is a new item with original manufacturer packing. It has never been opened or used.
Just Opened: Opened but not used. Some common reasons for opening include damaged packing, testing, and installation.
A Grade: An “A” grade item looks and functions almost like a new item with minor to no scratches or usage marks. An “A” grade item is fully functional with no performance issues.
B Grade: A “B” grade item has minor but visible scratches or usage marks. It might have slight dents, missing feet, etc. However, a “B” grade item is fully functional with no performance issues.
C Grade: A “C” grade item has clearly visible scratches or usage marks. It might have some functional issues. For example, a USB port or DVD drive might not be in working order. However, a “C” grade PC is still usable in most working scenarios.
D Grade: A “D” grade PC might have some clearly visible damage and some parts might not be working properly. For example, some keys on the laptop keyboard might not be working properly or the screen has some marks or damage. Please read the notes clearly before ordering a “D” grade product.
